Sheath Material

Annealed polyolefin (PO) sheath: annealed to remove internal stresses and improve flexibility (bending radius down to 4D) while maintaining high mechanical strength (tensile strength ≥15MPa, in accordance with IEC 60227).

High-temperature resistance: Long-term operating temperature -50°C to +105°C, short-term overload resistance +150°C (tested according to IEC 60332-1).

Fire-retardant layer design

Multi-layer fire-retardant structure: mica tape + ceramicized silicone rubber composite insulation (fire resistance ≥180 minutes, in accordance with BS 6387 CWZ standard).

Halogen-free and low smoke formula: Smoke transmission rate ≥80% during combustion (ISO 5659-2), toxic gas emission <0.5% HCl (EN 60754-1).
